This delightful book is great for all ages. My father related to the old man in the story who walks the Idaho State Capitol grounds every day and talks to his friends the trees. The trees are special as they were planted by U.S. Presidents. The story has three sections: The children's story, history and information about how the wood from these precious trees were saved and recycled, and beautiful photos of the Capitol diring the restoration process. This book is a first edition, collectible, commemorative and will be around Idaho for many years to come!
